Almost in all countries in the world happened to music piracy of intellectual rights, especially in Developing Countries such as Indonesia in Southeast Asia as examples.Although in advanced countries music piracy is still happening, but there the piracy rates of music piracy rates is not higher as developing country. In  developing countries.Majorities, even almost all people in developing countries using Pirated CDs and download music files for free via the Internet that the legal matter is questionable.No matter in the lower classes and upper classes, even the law enforcement that should prevent this problem even went along with using these pirated products.

Various efforts have been done in the government and parties who wanted to end the problem ini.Including through raids that did the authorities on music pirates, who carried out raids on traders of pirated CDs that are mushrooming in all corners of the city, in the form of campaign appeals to the community extensive in the stretcher by the activist who cares about the problem ini.But all efforts seemed futile, as if it just a waste of energy.The number of piracy failed to suppress and piracy are increasingly springing up everywhere.

As we said before, now we will discuss about music piracy that is rampant in the world especially in developing countries like Indonesia in Southeast Asia.


Music piracy has been happening around the world does not care in developed nations and in developing countries .All countries in the world have problems of piracy of intellectual rights of this music, it's just the intensity and volume of piracy vary between developed countries and advanced countries.In advanced countries relative numbers of music piracy can be reduced to a value that is small enough, it's all thanks to the role of government and other authorities in the country run their respective roles very good.They very responsive to all offenses that incurred surrounding.Start of little things to big things they respond with a good and serious respond.

Contrary to what happens in countries that are still in developing stage piracy is increasingly mushroom.The CD merchants are everywhere and freely sell illegal CD, even to someone desperate to sell at around the Police office.And guess what will be undertaken along with the government authorities? Almost none! The vendors of pirated CD can freely sell wherever they want even near the police station without feeling that there is a threat from the authorities.Even we've seen the police authorities are purchase illegally without any guilt on themselves . The government issued various regulations regarding this issue and heralded through various media, but the application in fact it was not done at all, the government seemed off his hands and let all this mess continues to occur.

Over all it was the hijackers more freely and feel the support from the government for crimes they do.But not all and not always the hijackers and illegal sellers can freely do they activities there are times when the authorities (though not many) in a raid on some spot.They confiscated pirated CDs, the most they bring to the partly destroyed they bring some where (probably for resale). And not infrequently illegal CD traders can easily get away from the raid the officers by paying money security to the authorities.Consequently the illegal does not feel the deterrent effect and continue to commit crimes with impunity.


The question is, where do they get all the musical works which they plow it? of some cases revealed to the public the hijackers claim to be able to get music files from the original CD purchase 1 cd shop there, then copy and another way is to download the latest music files from internet.Like which we know very much on the internet website that provides links to download songs for free.That was the biggest problem of the birth of the digital music era that is very nice and easy worldwide.And of course good results and easy to hijacked as well.

As we discussed earlier about music piracy is rampant everywhere, now we will try to find the best solution to solve this problem.This problem are so very complicated problem is certainly not as easy to back your hand, there are many factors that trigger this problem. We will focus on the problem of piracy that occurs in developing countries because there music piracy rate in the category very high.

One factor that we think a great influence on all music piracy in Indonesia is a factor of Economics, why do we call an economic factor as one of the main issues in this case? Very simple, high and low levels of private consumption is determined by the level of economics.As example I'll describe the problem called "economic factors" in the developed countries.Like we all know, the income communities in developing countries is far below that income level in advanced countries.Di when people in developed countries easily meet basic needs and to buy other necessities such as music CDs, for example, they would buy a CD of Original Music, why they buy the original CD? it because they have more income and factor prestige among them all, so they buy a CD of the Original.

Unlike the situation in a country that is still in its growing stage, income level is very limited in developing countries tend to be even below the poverty line, to buy basic necessities they have trouble, let alone buy other necessities such as entertainment.Music needs a means of entertainment that is preferred by all circles of society, so therefore the people in developing countries to buy pirated CDs as a medium of entertainment.Except price is very cheap when compared with the original CDs of pirated CDs of this quality is not inferior to the Original and of course can be easily obtained by those .

Then if we can only be reflective silence at the sight of the pirates are selling on the outskirts of the city streets and in front of our own eyes? They all (the hijackers and the seller) have families they need to feed everyday.In land fewer jobs due to the explosion of uncontrolled population in developing countries, they try to meet all the needs of his life by selling  that pirated CDs.Maybe this is the only realistic way they are to survive in this difficult time, in a very tight time will competition.Developing community at country would not have the heart to stop these vendors, the public has a conscience, they feel how difficult it.Then where the best solution to this problem?
